This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Lead Engineer to co-own the discovery of AI and technology use cases and engage in rapid prototyping.
• Identify and validate opportunities throughout the organization, transforming them into functional proof-of-concepts.
• Advocate for an AI-First product perspective to expedite discovery, decision-making, and delivery processes.
• Lead the development of a technology product roadmap focused on sourcing, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and supplier payments.
• Equip internal teams with tools that enable effective spending control, accurate invoice matching, and timely payments to suppliers.
• Utilize data and business acumen to generate analytical insights that contribute to strategic planning and successful implementation.
• Monitor key metrics such as invoice cycle time, touchless processing rates, on-time payments, discount captures, and managed spending.
• Work collaboratively with procurement, accounts payable, operations, finance, engineering, business process, and data analytics teams.
• Ensure that digital product solutions are designed, constructed, deployed, and optimized for maximum business impact.
• Carry out other assigned duties while adhering to company policies, standards, and commitments to workplace safety.
• A Bachelor’s degree along with 5+ years of experience in Digital Product Management or similar leadership positions within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, managing the digital product lifecycle, making build vs. buy technology decisions, and fostering customer-centric innovation.
• Strong expertise in utilizing analytics to inform strategic decisions.
• Demonstrated experience in discovering, prioritizing, and delivering AI or data-driven product use cases.
• Experience in close collaboration with engineering teams to prototype and validate AI or data-driven product use cases.
• Familiarity with procure-to-pay processes, accounts payable, invoice automation, and spend management platforms.
• Hands-on experience in configuring and optimizing Medius and Coupa systems.
• Proven ability to leverage P2P technology to enhance touchless invoice processing, improve spend visibility and control, capture early payment discounts, and strengthen supplier and three-way-match workflows.
• Capability to establish and drive innovation in technology products.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic setting, manage multiple priorities, and spearhead strategic initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools.
• Skill in identifying high-value AI and automation use cases and rapidly prototyping and validating them alongside the Lead Engineer.
• Comfort in operating within an AI-First environment and utilizing AI tools for research, analysis, and product decision-making.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse functions.
• Willingness and ability to travel 25%.
