Senior Digital Manufacturing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to comprehend client requirements and create customized digital manufacturing solutions.

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and shop-floor applications to improve operational efficiency.

• Utilize Industry 4.0 technologies to recognize and implement enhancements for frontline operators.

• Deliver training and support to clients to facilitate successful adoption and ensure long-term value.

• Keep abreast of industry trends to refine and broaden existing solutions.

• Serve as a change agent by assisting clients in embracing and maintaining improvements through effective communication, coaching, and engagement.

• Organize, execute, and oversee project activities employing standard delivery processes and tools.

• Maintain project plans that are current and actively managed.

• Adhere to established change management protocols.

• Ensure proactive communication with key stakeholders.

• Keep project documentation in the Program Collaboration Workspace current, organized, and easily accessible.

• Utilize Smartsheet and Microsoft Teams for planning, tracking, collaboration, and reporting.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of practical experience in manufacturing, ideally within regulated sectors such as medical devices, defense, or aerospace.

• Expertise in MES platforms.

• Skilled in low-code development tools such as TULIP and Ignition.

• Proficient in data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.

• Competent in SQL for extracting, cleaning, and analyzing production data.

• Knowledge of Lean production systems and operational KPIs.

• Willingness and capability to travel more than 50–75% of the time, frequently spending significant time on-site with clients.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Practical manufacturing experience, including plant-floor problem-solving, process improvement, or data-driven solutions.

• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and digital transformation.

• Ability to evaluate operational gaps, identify opportunities, and propose effective solutions.
