This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to grasp client requirements and create customized digital manufacturing solutions.
• Design interactive dashboards and shop-floor applications aimed at boosting operational efficiency.
• Utilize Industry 4.0 technologies to pinpoint and apply enhancements for frontline personnel.
• Offer training and support to clients to guarantee successful implementation and sustained value.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and refine as well as expand solutions accordingly.
• Assist clients in adopting and maintaining improvements through effective communication, coaching, and engagement.
• Plan, execute, and oversee project activities in line with best practices in project management and standard delivery processes.
• Maintain current project plans.
• Adhere to established change management protocols.
• Ensure proactive communication with key stakeholders.
• Organize and maintain project documentation in the Program Collaboration Workspace for easy access.
• Utilize Smartsheet and Microsoft Teams for planning, tracking, collaboration, and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of practical experience in manufacturing, preferably within regulated sectors like medical devices, defense, or aerospace.
• Proficient in MES platforms.
• Skilled with low-code development tools such as TULIP and Ignition.
• Expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Familiarity with Lean production systems and operational KPIs.
• Willingness and capability to travel over 50-75% of the time, frequently spending considerable time on-site with clients.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in extracting, cleaning, and analyzing production data using tools like SQL.
• Hands-on experience with plant-floor problem-solving, process improvement, or data-driven solutions.
