Senior Digital Consulting Manager – Oracle EPM, Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take on a dynamic, outward-facing role in senior management that encompasses various responsibilities.

• Integrate project and engagement management, team leadership, and client interactions at both tactical and strategic levels.

• Engage in client-facing activities throughout all phases of projects, from pursuit to delivery.

• Oversee project management tasks.

• Perform in-depth data analysis to deliver impactful recommendations.

• Contribute to the development of overall practice initiatives.

• Mentor designated Coachees when assigned.

• Manage general administrative tasks related to projects and the organization.

• Collaborate with clients and internal project teams as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• 6–10 years of experience in cloud implementations within a consulting capacity, particularly with Oracle EPM Planning.

• 2–4 years of experience as a functional lead or technical expert.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple end-to-end implementation projects in Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor others through effective coaching and leadership.

• Capacity to provide industry insights and recognize opportunities for creating value by understanding client challenges.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
