📋 Description

• Lead Gifthealth's email channel strategy and lifecycle roadmap in alignment with commercial, clinician, and patient goals.

• Convert lifecycle strategy into a communication framework that encompasses acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, adherence, and re-engagement.

• Identify opportunities where email enhances value throughout customer and patient journeys.

• Create and manage the lifecycle communications calendar and newsletter program.

• Implement best practices, governance, and operational processes for lifecycle marketing.

• Oversee segmented, permission-based audiences, including marketing consent and preference management.

• Design, develop, launch, and optimize automated email journeys and triggered communications.

• Formulate audience segmentation and personalization strategies utilizing behavior, lifecycle stage, preferences, and other data signals.

• Collaborate with data, product, and operations teams to leverage customer insights and behavioral triggers.

• Manage the entire email production process from briefing and audience definition to build, QA, deployment, and performance analysis.

• Set KPIs and measurement frameworks for email and lifecycle marketing initiatives.

• Develop and oversee testing across messaging, creative, segmentation, cadence, personalization, and journey design.

• Evaluate campaign and journey performance to generate actionable insights.

• Provide recommendations to stakeholders and leadership based on findings.

• Partner with brand and creative teams to ensure communications align with brand standards.

• Collaborate with product, growth, operations, clinical, analytics, and other departments.

• Act as the in-house subject-matter expert for email and lifecycle marketing.

• Advocate for customer-centric and useful communications.

• Develop frameworks for audience segmentation, consent, suppression, and communication governance.

• Ensure adherence to privacy, consent, deliverability, and healthcare communication regulations.

• Enhance marketing technology, data flows, automation, and operational efficiency.

• Document processes and establish scalable workflows.


⛳️ Requirements

• 6-9+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, retention, email, growth, or similar marketing areas, with significant ownership of an email channel.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing comprehensive lifecycle and email strategies.

• Strong knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, personalization, triggered communications, and marketing automation.

• Ability to transform customer data and behavioral insights into effective journeys and communications.

• Hands-on experience with a contemporary marketing automation or ESP platform.

• HubSpot experience preferred; Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience will also be considered.

• Highly analytical and adept at using performance data to inform decisions and illustrate impact.

• Excellent project management abilities.

• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration.

• Proficient copywriting and messaging instincts.

• Experience in healthcare, health tech, pharmacy, or similarly regulated environments is preferred.

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth setting is desired.

• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to create structure is preferred.

• A proven track record of scaling lifecycle programs in a rapidly growing company is an asset.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to use computers and standard office technology for extended periods.

• Capability to review, analyze, edit, and produce written and digital content for prolonged periods.

• Proficient in managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines concurrently.

• Ability to participate in both virtual and in-person meetings.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment regarding sensitive information.

• Willingness to occasionally work outside normal business hours.

• Availability to travel occasionally.
