Senior DevOps Engineer – Technology Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide L1/L2 support for essential platforms and services in production.

• Maintain and support existing DevOps pipelines and cloud infrastructure.

• Oversee releases, deployments, hotfixes, and environmental changes in accordance with ITSM processes.

• Conduct proactive monitoring and manage incidents effectively.

• Improve and optimize pipelines and infrastructure configurations to meet operational needs.

• Create automation solutions through scripting.

• Engage in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and initiatives focused on operational resilience.

• Work collaboratively with customers and global engineering teams to ensure service stability and drive continuous improvement.

• Assist with incident, change, and release management activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in DevOps, Technology Operations (TechOps), Production Support, or SRE environments.

• Proficiency in Linux/Unix administration.

• Basic skills in Python scripting and automation.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, preferably GitLab.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.

• Experience in Microsoft Azure environments.

• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools.

• Familiarity with incident, change, and release management processes.

• Fluent in English and Portuguese.

• Preferred: Experience in financial markets, exchanges, trading platforms, or regulated environments.

• Preferred: Understanding of high-availability architectures and distributed systems.

• Preferred: Experience in supporting mission-critical applications.

• Preferred: Experience collaborating with global teams and enterprise customers.
