This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Configure and manage Azure DevOps, including Projects, Repos, Pipelines, and Environments.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using YAML, incorporating build automation, validation, deployment, and artifact promotion.
• Structure branch strategies, Pull Requests, Branch Policies, and quality controls.
• Set up Service Connections, Service Principals, Managed Identities, and permissions, integrating Azure DevOps with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Organize and automate the promotion process across DEV, TEST/HML, and PROD environments.
• Establish Approvals, Gates, and change controls for production environments.
• Implement versioning, release, rollback, and recovery strategies for deployments.
• Integrate pipelines with Azure Databricks and Microsoft Fabric as per project requirements.
• Apply best practices for managing secrets, tokens, and credentials, including integration with Azure Key Vault.
• Ensure traceability, auditing, and security of deployments.
• Monitor pipelines and deployments, identifying and resolving issues.
• Create reusable standards for pipelines and DevOps processes.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Data Engineering, Cloud/Infrastructure, Security, and Governance teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps in corporate environments.
• Proficiency in Azure Pipelines, YAML, Git, and Azure Repos.
• Experience with CI/CD, Pull Requests, Branch Policies, Environments, Approvals, and Gates.
• Knowledge of Release Management, versioning, rollback, and deployment strategies.
• Experience with Service Connections, Service Principals, Managed Identity, and Microsoft Entra ID/Active Directory.
• Understanding of RBAC, security, and governance in Azure.
• Experience with Azure Key Vault and secure management of secrets and credentials.
• Familiarity with PowerShell and/or Bash.
• Experience in environments with multiple stages and change control processes.
• Senior, hands-on, and autonomous profile.
• Ability to structure an end-to-end DevOps pipeline.
• Capability to transform delivery requirements into automated, secure, and traceable processes.
• Integrated view of DevOps, Cloud, and Security.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and guide standards and best practices.
• Analytical skills to identify failures, risks, and automation opportunities.
• Ease of documenting processes and communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400) certification — a plus.
• Experience with integrating Azure DevOps and Azure Databricks — a plus.
• Experience with integrating Azure DevOps and Microsoft Fabric — a plus.
• Knowledge of deploying notebooks, jobs, and data artifacts — a plus.
• Familiarity with Unity Catalog and Databricks authentication and authorization mechanisms — a plus.
• Knowledge of Terraform, Bicep, or ARM — a plus.
• Understanding of Azure Monitor and Log Analytics — a plus.
• Experience with hybrid Azure environments and on-premises infrastructure — a plus.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes — a plus.
• Experience with reusable pipeline frameworks and advanced deployment strategies, such as Blue/Green and Canary — a plus.
