This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Implement, manage, and enhance a microservices-oriented platform operating within Kubernetes clusters on AWS, GCP, and on-premises Rancher.
• Support and operate GPU-driven ML inference services utilizing Triton Inference Server and vLLM across RunPod, Scaleway, and Nebius.
• Create and sustain Docker images for all microservices, ensuring a reliable service lifecycle.
• Oversee and scale development and production Kubernetes clusters.
• Engage in deployment troubleshooting, incident analysis, and performance optimization.
• Design, maintain, and evolve custom Helm charts for each service.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and GitLab for customer deployments on-premises.
• Ensure adherence to SOC 2 compliance and enhance security and compliance measures.
• Control cluster access via NetBird VPN and execute role-based access management using group policies.
• Build and manage infrastructure through Terraform and Ansible.
• Develop and enhance observability systems leveraging Grafana, Prometheus, and the ELK stack.
• Continuously refine infrastructure across IaC, IAM, observability, and CI/CD.
• Work with technologies such as Python, Kubernetes, Linux, Docker, GitHub CI/CD, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Kafka, Superset, Terraform, and Ansible.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps and/or Site Reliability Engineering position.
• Strong practical experience in Linux system administration.
• Broad experience in deploying, managing, and scaling Kubernetes in both cloud and bare-metal settings.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with at least one leading cloud provider, preferably Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with ML inference on GPU/CPU is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in applying SRE practices and constructing observability stacks utilizing Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki.
• Strong commitment to GitOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, and Python.
• Capability to thrive in environments with high uncertainty and swiftly acquire new technologies and methodologies.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to debug and comprehend the product beyond standard DevOps responsibilities.
