Senior DevOps Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and enhance CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitLab and organizational templates

• Collaborate with development, architecture, and infrastructure teams to enhance delivery processes, automation, and governance

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of the platform’s monthly release cycles

• Manage and optimize environments across SAP Commerce Cloud (CCV2), Azure, AWS, and private cloud

• Oversee and troubleshoot Kubernetes and SUSE Rancher environments

• Configure and manage network, connectivity, and security settings, including VPN, DNS, IP, Proxy, TLS, CDN, WAF, and redirects

• Implement and enhance application observability, monitoring, and traceability

• Analyze incidents and resolve issues related to performance, availability, connectivity, and latency

• Apply security controls and best practices throughout the development and delivery lifecycle

• Assist in defining and monitoring operational indicators, efficiency metrics, and DORA metrics

• Contribute to the modernization initiative of the SAP Commerce Cloud platform for B2B e-commerce, focusing on microservices architecture, APIs, events, multi-cloud, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or in a similar role

• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD, deployment automation, and pipeline management

• Practical experience with GitLab, Git, and developing scripts in Bash, Python, or PowerShell

• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Azure and enterprise cloud environments

• Experience with containerization, Docker, Kubernetes, and SUSE Rancher

• Background in implementing infrastructure using Terraform, Bicep, or comparable IaC tools

• Knowledge of DNS, VPN, TCP/IP, Proxy, TLS/SSL, CDN, and WAF

• Experience with Grafana and OpenTelemetry

• Ability to troubleshoot performance, latency, availability, and connectivity problems in distributed systems

• Understanding of security practices applied throughout the software development lifecycle

• Analytical mindset, proactive approach, ownership, strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and capacity to work in dynamic environments

• Preferred qualifications include experience with AWS, SAP Commerce Cloud (CCV2), Composable Storefront (Spartacus), Keycloak, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, OPA, Kafka, SAP Event Mesh, SAP BTP, DevSecOps, microservices, Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), headless systems, distributed APIs, and certifications related to Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, or DevOps
