Senior DevOps Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure the systems' high availability, performance, and resilience while aligning technical reliability with business objectives.

• Implement proactive monitoring and observability throughout various systems.

• Automate repetitive manual tasks, focusing on CI/CD, deployments, and scalability.

• Manage incidents through swift responses and thorough root cause analysis.

• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to enhance workflows and system efficiency.

• Set up and manage environments that incorporate EKS, ECS, ELB, SQS, and a variety of APIs.

• Uphold the agreed-upon availability SLAs for services.

• Monitor and react to performance and environmental stability alerts.

• Conduct resilience testing and implement enhancements based on the findings.

• Develop automation strategies to minimize response times and boost resource scalability.

• Construct and manage AWS environments.

• Facilitate the migration of resources between AWS accounts or from other service providers to AWS.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Zabbix, or similar solutions.

• Understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or other comparable solutions.

• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, etc.

• Knowledge of logging and observability tools such as the ELK Stack, Splunk, or related technologies.

• Familiarity with relevant AWS services, including EKS, ECS, ELB, SQS, APIs, and more.

• Experience and knowledge in the banking industry are advantageous.
