This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Contribute to the creation and execution of the reporting strategy for programs and strategically aligned partners.
• Assist programs and strategically aligned partners in fulfilling compliance obligations.
• Oversee intricate, multi-faceted projects to ensure alignment and consistency within the institution.
• Uphold document quality assurance by adhering to established templates and writing standards.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to organize and staff significant external meetings.
• Guide the development of talking points, briefings, and other critical materials.
• Create systems for managing partner profiles, FAQs, and interaction histories.
• Aid in the formulation and execution of a comprehensive communications strategy.
• Investigate and identify new strategic opportunities pertinent to programs and partners.
• Perform additional duties as assigned periodically.
• Report to the Head of Development Operations.
• Facilitate coordination among program and operational teams to enhance engagement, quality assurance, stakeholder stewardship, and process improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Public Health, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience, particularly as an operations manager and/or project coordinator/manager.
• Demonstrated experience in partner or stakeholder engagement and in crafting complex project plans.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Experience using or implementing CRM systems to monitor partner engagement and enhance operational workflows.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and work efficiently across different time zones.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Strong interest in and commitment to addressing climate change.
• Willingness to collaborate generously with colleagues in a high-trust global community.
• Flexible and adaptable skill set suited for a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Experience collaborating across time zones using Zoom, Slack, email, and Google Workspace.
