Senior Development Operations Officer – Asia/South East Asia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Participate in the formulation and execution of the reporting strategy for programs and strategically-aligned partners.

• Assist programs and strategically-aligned partners in fulfilling compliance obligations.

• Oversee intricate, multi-faceted projects to ensure alignment and consistency across the institution.

• Ensure document quality through the use of standardized templates and writing guidelines.

• Work alongside senior leadership to organize and prepare for significant external meetings.

• Guide the creation of talking points, briefings, and other critical documentation.

• Create systems to maintain partner profiles, FAQs, and interaction histories.

• Aid in the development and implementation of a robust communications strategy.

• Conduct research to uncover new strategic opportunities that pertain to the program and its partners.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Public Health, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• More than 5 years of pertinent experience, particularly as an operations manager or project coordinator/manager.

• Demonstrated experience in engaging with partners or stakeholders and crafting intricate project plans.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.

• Experience in utilizing or implementing CRM systems to monitor partner engagement and enhance operational processes.

• Capability to juggle multiple projects and collaborate effectively across various time zones.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

• A sincere interest in and dedication to combating climate change.
