This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Oversee and execute civil engineering designs from the feasibility stage and planning through to the construction phase.
• Offer technical expertise, especially in drainage design.
• Mentor and assist in the development of junior engineers.
• Collaborate closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high technical standards.
• Conduct site inspections.
• Draft reports.
• Manage technical and delivery risks associated with projects.
• Provide civil engineering services throughout Ireland and the U.K., encompassing drainage, highways, flood risk, and water infrastructure.
• Possess a degree in Civil Engineering.
• Chartered or actively working towards Chartered status.
• Experience with drainage networks, SuDS, water distribution, flood risk management, highways/pavements, and earthworks modeling.
• Proficient in using MicroDrainage / InfoDrainage, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
• Effective communicator with experience in multidisciplinary team environments.
• Required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location.
