📋 Description

• Accountable for the development of enterprise software, ensuring it is delivered within the defined scope, quality, reliability, compliance, and timelines.

• Address the needs of clients and the business according to specifications, ensuring the software's quality, security, and reliability.

• Guarantee that the source code is well-structured and easy to read, adhering to best practices in development.

• Lead and advocate for unit and integration testing while conducting code debugging, and fixing bugs and defects.

• Engage in and facilitate technical meetings and discussions with the team.

• Share expertise and insights with fellow developers.

• Remain informed about the latest software development technologies and trends.

• Serve as a reference point for junior and mid-level developers, guiding their growth and development.

• Collaborate with technical leads on the design and conceptualization of solution architectures.

• Encourage innovative initiatives within the team.
