This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the development and integration of essential TPA systems.
• Guarantee that software solutions are stable, scalable, secure, and meet both business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA testers, operational subject matter experts, data teams, and system vendors.
• Develop, enhance, and validate functionalities that support healthcare delivery.
• Tackle complex technical issues.
• Adopt modern development methodologies.
• Improve system performance.
• Assist in achieving cross-system interoperability during the Transition-In phase and the steady state.
• Utilize development languages, integration tools, APIs, EDI frameworks, cloud technologies, and DevSecOps practices.
• Deliver secure and compliant solutions for federal healthcare operations.
• Technical training, certifications, or a degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development or system integration.
• Expertise in modern development languages and frameworks.
• Experience with APIs, EDI, integration patterns, cloud environments, relational databases, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring platforms.
• MBI (T2) security clearance is required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Capable of working across both technical and operational teams.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, secure handling of PHI/PII, and federal security/compliance requirements.
• Experience in supporting complex system integrations.
• Willingness to travel 0–10% as necessary.
