Senior Designer, Multidisciplinary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Create digital artwork, motion graphics, 3D designs, and experiential content across various screens, environments, and realities.

• Work collaboratively with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and technical experts.

• Transform concepts from initial sketch to final presentation and implementation.

• Present creative visions and guide teams or work autonomously to realize ideas.

• Produce interactive experiences, including motion graphics, social media content, digital signage, in-stadium LED displays, games, and other formats.

• Ensure the highest quality standards are upheld in all deliverables.

• Communicate ideas effectively and confidently to both internal stakeholders and clients.

• Monitor industry trends, acquire new tools, and recognize creative opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A portfolio or samples of previous work are necessary for consideration for this position.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, encompassing Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and AI.

• Competence with Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.

• Expertise in 3D design, including skills in modeling, lighting, and animation.

• Strong skills in typography and layout design.

• Experience with Cinema 4D is preferred.

• Agency experience is considered a plus.
