Senior Deployment Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical consultant for enterprise clients

• Establish high-level trust and provide guidance on Karat's offerings

• Evaluate clients' recruitment processes and performance needs

• Guarantee accurate solution alignment and delivery of Karat products

• Showcase Karat's technical solutions to potential clients as the subject matter expert

• Design and implement initial interview frameworks for new enterprise clients using Karat

• Conduct strategic customer reviews to ensure alignment with business goals and optimal performance

• Develop and deliver training sessions for executive-level stakeholders within client organizations

• Analyze performance metrics and collaborate with Content and Data teams to fine-tune assessment standards

• Convert insights into actionable strategic recommendations

• Promote ongoing enhancements in Customer Operations and internal GTM processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience in strategic technical account management, client success engineering, solutions/deployment engineering, or consulting in SaaS/technical/financial services with a focus on technical implementation

• Proven track record as a strategic advisor during the client onboarding process

• Capability to establish trusted relationships, provide insightful recommendations, and guide clients through intricate implementation processes

• Experience in direct engagement with C-Suite executives in client-facing roles

• Strong proficiency in SQL

• Required client-facing experience with technical customers

• Candidates must reside in FL, IL, MA, MO, OR, TX, or WA
