This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Convert GTM priorities, ICP definitions, and quarterly pipeline goals into cohesive paid, event, and email campaigns.
• Develop and launch campaigns directly.
• Manage paid media across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and YouTube, collaborating with the agency.
• Oversee the event calendar, which includes trade shows, webinars, and executive roundtables.
• Own a quarterly qualified-pipeline target and advocate for coverage, quality, and conversion alongside sales leadership.
• Design and administer HubSpot workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, campaign objects, and Salesforce synchronization.
• Establish and maintain metrics such as CPL, cost per qualified opportunity, event-sourced pipeline, and multi-touch attribution.
• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, agencies, venues, and sponsors.
• Evaluate paid channels, events, HubSpot, and reporting; pinpoint inefficiencies and propose enhancements.
• Create nurture and re-engagement tracks and enhance weekly pipeline dashboards.
• Make decisions regarding budget and channels while identifying future tooling, headcount, or agency requirements.
• Experience in hands-on HubSpot ownership, including personally architecting and managing an instance.
• Proficient in HubSpot workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, campaign objects, and Salesforce synchronization.
• Practical experience in building, optimizing, and managing campaigns in Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Fluent in Salesforce, including navigation of objects, fields, and reports.
• B2B SaaS demand generation experience, preferably within a considered, multi-stakeholder sales cycle.
• Experience in owning event strategy and execution, including trade shows, webinars, and executive-level programs.
• Capability to manage a function from start to finish while balancing strategy with hands-on execution in an individual contributor role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: experience in privacy, data governance, security, compliance, or another regulated technical software category.
• Bonus: familiarity with Marketo or Pardot in addition to HubSpot.
• Bonus: knowledge of account-based marketing or intent-data tools.
• Bonus: comfort using AI for campaign quality assurance, data hygiene, or reporting synthesis.
• Bonus: experience as the initial or founding owner of a demand generation or marketing operations function.
