End of Year Campaign Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily execution of EHF's 2026 End of Year Campaign

• Convert the current campaign strategy into a detailed Asana workplan that includes owners, deadlines, dependencies, and approval checkpoints

• Collaborate with EHF team members, creative partners, vendors, and production partners

• Supervise the creation of campaign content and materials across various platforms including email, social media, web, landing pages, newsletters, reports, donor materials, and gifts

• Conduct weekly campaign coordination meetings to address blockers, risks, and outstanding inputs

• Organize individual-giving tests, Giving Tuesday initiatives, audience segmentation, donor messaging, acknowledgments, and follow-up actions

• Manage donation links, landing pages, campaign tracking, UTMs or similar attribution methods, and reporting

• Oversee the production of end-of-year gifts, including gathering recipient inputs, inscriptions, approvals, inventory management, shipping, and fulfillment

• Deliver weekly status updates and monitor campaign metrics

• Prepare a comprehensive final campaign wrap report detailing results, lessons learned, reusable assets, systems, and recommendations for 2027

• Conduct a final debrief and organize the handover of campaign files, trackers, templates, and vendor details

• In-depth contextual knowledge of Africa gained through personal experience, long-term professional involvement, or significant personal connection
