Senior Delivery Manager, WebShop

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, Analytics, Marketing, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on initiatives.

• Maintain visibility into dependencies, timelines, priorities, and risks across teams.

• Identify and resolve any misalignment within the team.

• Ensure stakeholders are informed about team activities and their relevance to overarching product and business priorities.

• Facilitate engineering Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement sessions, retrospectives, and other collaborative meetings.

• Ensure that meetings yield clear decisions, assigned owners, and defined next steps.

• Track blockers and risks until they are resolved.

• Establish a consistent operating rhythm between Product and Engineering teams.

• Build, maintain, and enhance the team backlog and roadmap in collaboration with Product and Engineering leadership.

• Ensure that work is prioritized, organized, and visible to all stakeholders.

• Clarify committed roadmap work, future opportunities, operational enhancements, and unscheduled backlog items.

• Identify dependencies, sequencing issues, and resource conflicts ahead of time to prevent delivery delays.

• Clearly and proactively communicate changes to priorities, timelines, scope, and direction.

• Provide context for changes to aid in better decision-making.

• Consistently document and communicate significant decisions and changes.

• Identify recurring execution challenges, process inefficiencies, organizational friction, and operational gaps.

• Collaborate with leadership to pinpoint root causes and develop improvement strategies.

• Translate operational strategies into actionable improvements for the team.

• Continuously enhance planning, prioritization, communication, and execution processes.

• Foster accountability and guide issues toward resolution.

• Enhance operational clarity and predictability across product development teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Project Management, Program Management, Product Operations, or a comparable role within a technology or software organization.

• Proven experience collaborating closely with Product Management and Engineering teams.

• Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

• Experience managing product roadmaps, engineering backlogs, and cross-functional dependencies.

• Familiarity with navigating complex organizations comprising multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to communicate effectively across technical, product, creative, and business teams.

• Proficient in facilitating discussions that involve competing priorities or perspectives.

• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage several initiatives, dependencies, stakeholders, and timelines concurrently.

• Strong attention to detail, while remaining aware of broader strategic priorities.

• Ability to create structure in situations where processes or responsibilities lack clarity.

• Proactively identify risks, gaps, dependencies, and areas of confusion.

• Strong commitment to following through on decisions, commitments, and open items.

• Ownership of driving issues toward resolution.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes.

• Ability to balance immediate delivery requirements with long-term improvements in team effectiveness.

• Experience in gaming, payments, e-commerce, or technology platforms is a plus.
