This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take full ownership of client delivery from the handover of the Statement of Work through to implementation and closure.
• Oversee multiple clinical trial implementations and site activations simultaneously.
• Convert Statements of Work into actionable delivery plans that include milestones, dependencies, risks, resourcing, and change control.
• Maintain delivery artifacts and provide status reporting on deliveries.
• Coordinate cross-functional and operational dependencies, ensuring compliance and operational readiness.
• Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders on a daily basis.
• Cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders and manage their expectations effectively.
• Advocate for customer needs within the organization, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and other teams.
• Develop efficient synchronous and asynchronous workflows to resolve issues promptly.
• Facilitate site activation and adoption through site training, onboarding, and launch activities.
• Track post-activation performance and implement targeted interventions as necessary.
• Gather customer and site feedback, using insights to drive improvements.
• Identify potential delivery risks, create mitigation strategies, and manage escalations when required.
• Enhance delivery processes, templates, and tools for better efficiency.
• Lead or support cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving delivery quality, efficiency, or scalability.
• Extensive and proven experience as a technical project/delivery manager handling complex technology projects for enterprise clients in a dynamic tech start-up or scale-up environment.
• A strong track record of achieving delivery excellence and upholding high quality standards across multidisciplinary teams.
• Solid experience in managing senior customer relationships and influencing outcomes effectively.
• Capability to prioritize tasks across cross-functional teams, proactively manage dependencies, and tackle competing demands and uncertainties.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior-level decision-makers, including the ability to navigate complex discussions and resolve conflicting priorities.
• Demonstrated history of process improvement that leads to enhanced customer outcomes.
• Experience in customer success, with a record of identifying and driving positive outcomes for customers and end users.
• Extensive familiarity with Jira and the Atlassian product suite for project and delivery management.
• Background in healthtech, life sciences, or related B2B sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen, capable of balancing delivery decisions with contractual scope and customer value.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK; the employer is unable to sponsor visas for UK employment.
