Senior Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take complete ownership of the management and governance of roadmaps for the organization’s strategic initiatives and products.

• Ensure the governance of the integrated schedule, maintaining a transparent and forward-looking perspective on dependencies across various squads and business areas.

• Organize and oversee initiative boards, linking daily operations with strategic objectives (OKRs/KPIs).

• Track and communicate work status updates to stakeholders.

• Actively identify risks, eliminate obstacles, and guarantee timely delivery.

• Establish team typologies and squad structures, defining roles, deliverables, success metrics, and board standards.

• Collaborate with Tech Leads and Architects to outline and define necessary capabilities.

• Evaluate productivity and flow-efficiency metrics, such as Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, and CFD.

• Design, implement, and monitor continuous improvement action plans utilizing the tactical PDCA framework.

• Ensure excellence in executing Kickoffs, Discovery meetings, and Delivery meetings.

• Facilitate pre-work and PI Planning ceremonies or similar high-level planning sessions.

• Utilize the Agile/Project Maturity Radar and convert its findings into actionable plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience as a Delivery Lead, Project Manager, Agile Delivery Manager, or in a similar project or product management position.

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects/squads and overseeing complex roadmaps with interdependencies.

• Proficient in project management and workflow tools (Businessmap, Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Monday.com, or equivalent).

• Comprehensive understanding of flow metrics and practical experience with the PDCA cycle.

• Experience in facilitating large-scale sessions, including PI Planning, Discovery sessions, and Kickoffs.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, spanning from operational teams to executive leadership.
