Senior Dealer Solutions Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture customer relationships through needs assessments, product demonstrations, and coaching on pricing strategies and engagement.

• Foster the growth of dealer consignment by identifying and developing relationships with franchise and large independent dealerships.

• Facilitate the onboarding and training of new customers, ensuring a smooth experience with OPENLANE's services.

• Maintain ongoing relationships with franchise sellers, evaluating performance and driving increased sales volume.

• Analyze the territory, create strategies for acquiring new business, and accurately predict sales in relation to the budget.

• Collaborate effectively with Market Sales Coordinators, dealership owners/general managers, and cross-functional teams.

• Report directly to the District Sales Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of proven sales success with a focus on territory management.

• Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.

• Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and hold a valid driver's license.

• Experience in the automotive sector, particularly related to technology and inventory management solutions, is desirable.
