This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Review and manage a substantial volume of intricate commercial agreements.
• Confirm that proposals are precise, adhere to pricing policies, and are commercially viable.
• Assess deal requests for discounts, non-standard terms, and necessary approvals.
• Direct deals for approval in accordance with the established deal approval matrix.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Managers to structure agreements.
• Request, oversee, and evaluate order forms, quotes, and proposal packages prior to customer delivery.
• Identify and address deal obstacles while ensuring SLA responsiveness and promoting deal velocity.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and CPQ, highlighting any discrepancies between SFDC and contracts.
• Assist Senior Analysts and the Director with escalated or complex deal evaluations.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Accounting, and Product teams.
• Contribute to team documentation, process guides, FAQs, and policy revisions.
• Aid in period-end reporting and perform ad hoc analyses on deal trends, approval rates, and discount metrics.
• Complete additional projects and deadline-driven tasks as assigned.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, finance, or related business operations roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of SaaS pricing, quoting, and contract processes.
• Experience with Salesforce and CPQ or other quoting tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Ability to analyze data and identify inconsistencies.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration across functions.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and navigate uncertain deal scenarios.
• Eagerness to learn about complex product and pricing structures.
• Experience in SaaS or other financial technology sectors.
• Knowledge of SaaS Sales and Contracting operations.
• Familiarity with quote-to-cash processes.
• Exposure to financial analysis or deal profitability concepts.
• Experience in supporting reporting and data analysis.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, GSuite, and SFDC.
• Must be eligible for full-time employment in the US.
