Senior Data Scientist, German-speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist users in exploring and mastering the Dataiku platform through user training, office hours, demonstrations, and continuous consultative assistance.

• Analyze and investigate data and machine learning applications across various industries and use cases.

• Offer strategic insights to customer and account teams.

• Define and collaboratively develop production-level data science projects with clients.

• Guide and educate data scientists and other members of the customer team.

• Facilitate platform discovery, integration with additional tools and technologies, user training, and oversee data science projects from design to deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native German speaker, fluent in English.

• A strong curiosity and eagerness to acquire new technical skills.

• Capability to articulate complex subjects clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• More than 5 years of coding experience (Python, R, SQL).

• Over 5 years of experience in building machine learning models.

• Familiarity with cloud architectures, Kubernetes, Spark, SQL, and the foundational mechanics of data systems and platforms.

• Background in Consulting and/or Customer-facing Data Science roles (notable qualification).

• Experience in Data Engineering or MLOps (notable qualification).

• Proficiency in developing WebApps using JavaScript, RShiny, or Dash (notable qualification).

• Experience in building APIs (notable qualification).

• Familiarity with enterprise data science tools (notable qualification).

• Passion for teaching or public speaking (notable qualification).
