This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design, validate, and sustain programming solutions for CDMS, data validation outputs, data review/risk management outputs, custom reports, and clinical trial programs.

• Collaborate with data managers, project managers, clinical data scientists, and biostatisticians to incorporate programming solutions into the comprehensive data management process.

• Serve as the primary contact during study setup and maintenance for inquiries related to system programming.

• Foster knowledge sharing within the Programmers group by creating presentations and training materials.

• Execute CDMS data extracts and develop data transfer programs.

• Mentor and support junior programmers assigned to various projects.

• Contribute to enhancements of technical systems and processes in a Subject Matter Expert (SME) capacity.

• Keep abreast of advancements in programming languages and data management tools.

• Create and maintain programs for processing external vendor data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in programming for CDMS (EDC systems like Rave/Veeva), data validation outputs, data review/risk management outputs, custom reports, and clinical trial programs.

• Proficient in programming languages such as SAS, R, or Python.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with a dedication to delivering high-quality results.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with diverse teams and influencing outcomes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.

• Legal authorization to work in Canada.
