📋 Description

• Take ownership of the analytical and technical implementation of the Member Onboarding and Customer Experience enhancement initiatives.

• Design, develop, and assess onboarding and customer experience solutions.

• Collaborate closely with the Squad Lead and various cross-functional stakeholders.

• Utilize advanced analytics, experimentation, causal inference, and AI/ML techniques, including large language models (LLMs).

• Enhance member engagement, satisfaction, digital adoption, service utilization, and retention.

• Minimize friction in customer experiences while fostering enduring member relationships.

• Offer technical guidance and mentor fellow data scientists.

• Identify solution alternatives and trade-offs while maintaining analytical precision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in advanced analytics, decision science, or applied AI/ML.

• More than 3 years of experience in predictive analytics, reinforcement learning, NLP, LLM, or causal inference.

• At least 3 years of programming experience in Python and SQL.

• Experience in managing large and complex analytical projects, including data exploration, model development, performance assessment, and testing.

• Demonstrated ability to apply analytical rigor and statistical techniques to substantial datasets.

• Familiarity with Tableau and analytics engineering utilizing GCP or other contemporary data platforms.

• Over 3 years of experience in designing and implementing data science solutions in member or customer experience contexts.

• More than 3 years of experience in the healthcare sector.

• Practical experience with LLMs, generative AI, or conversational AI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or RAG.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Capability to navigate ambiguity and assess solution options and trade-offs.

• Ability to work efficiently in a matrixed environment.

• Master's degree is preferred.
