Senior Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Construct, enhance, and sustain statistical and machine learning models at scale, encompassing NLP and explainable AI methodologies.

• Create, optimize, and implement LLM systems with thorough performance evaluation and user trust assessment.

• Design experiments and analytics to evaluate the overall impact of AI within healthcare environments.

• Engage in practical data engineering tasks, including data cleaning, transformation, and the development of SQL and Python pipelines.

• Collaborate effectively with clinicians, data scientists, data platform engineers, product specialists, and interdisciplinary teams.

• Convert data insights into actionable deployed products.

• Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Shape ML models and products that enhance healthcare quality, improve patient outcomes, and drive company growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience in developing, launching, and maintaining ML systems in production at scale.

• More than 1 year of experience in developing and fine-tuning LLM systems.

• Excellent cross-functional communication skills with both technical and non-technical collaborators.

• Practical data engineering experience in manipulating data sets, conducting data cleaning, and creating pipelines.

• Proficient coding abilities in Python and SQL.

• Solid foundations in software development, emphasizing high code quality and robust architecture.
