Marketing Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Assist ElevenLabs in executing offline media and strategic marketing efforts, which encompass OOH billboards, targeted sponsorships, and innovative brand campaigns.

• Develop and implement measurement strategies for offline/out-of-home campaigns utilizing geo holdout tests, matched-market tests, media mix modeling, and incrementality studies.

• Collaborate with Marketing leadership to pinpoint which niche channels, markets, or formats should be tested next and evaluate the required investment.

• Create models that integrate offline spending data with digital and product signals to provide a comprehensive view of marketing effectiveness.

• Work alongside the Growth Data team's digital marketing data scientists to ensure consistent measurement across both offline and online initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in measuring marketing effectiveness, particularly for offline, brand, or challenging-to-track channels such as OOH, TV, podcasting, sponsorships, or events.

• Proficient in SQL and Python.

• Familiarity with causal inference, media mix modeling, or incrementality testing.

• Capable of designing measurement frameworks in the absence of a clean click-level signal and communicating uncertainty transparently.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with Marketing/Brand leadership.

• Ability to transform strategic questions into actionable test plans.

• Structured thinking approach and comfort in navigating ambiguity.

• Experience specifically in measuring OOH, billboard, or experiential campaigns (bonus).

• Knowledge of media mix modeling tools or frameworks such as Robyn, Recast, or LightweightMMM (bonus).

• Experience collaborating with brand or creative teams on unique or unconventional marketing initiatives (bonus).

• Capacity to operate in CET/ET time zones.
