Senior Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.

📋 Description

• Participate in the central Data Science & Analytics team while integrating with growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.

• Manage the analytical function for a designated business unit from start to finish.

• Identify business challenges, clarify the insights analyses should provide, and question any misleading inquiries.

• Establish metrics, create reports, conduct analyses, design experiments, and extract insights that enhance key performance indicators.

• Deliver recommendations to counterparts in product, growth, finance, or operations.

• Describe the current situation, explain the reasons behind it, and suggest actionable next steps.

• Lead initiatives from analytical insights through to execution and measurable business results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in a consulting firm, investment banking, or a rapidly growing technology company.

• Exceptional analytical skills.

• Capability to independently extract, organize, and interpret data.

• Proven history of tackling ambiguous challenges and achieving impactful results.

• Strong and persuasive communication abilities, capable of influencing decisions at the leadership level.

• Analytical expertise in SQL or Python.

• Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada.

• Familiarity with tools such as SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
