This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, train, and validate machine learning and statistical models to monitor product consumption rates, identify early-stage trend spikes, and compute real-time success probabilities for upcoming releases.

• Collaborate with data engineering to establish feature requirements and consumption patterns for a centralized data engine that ingests real-time signals from DSPs, social networks, and eCommerce platforms.

• Integrate localized data tokenization and anonymization techniques into modeling workflows to ensure adherence to cross-border data regulations.

• Leverage modern AI coding assistants to prototype, test, and refine models while creating interactive dashboards and visualizations for non-technical marketing teams.

• Create and enhance a natural-language AI briefing intake system, encompassing automated classification of incomplete or non-compliant briefs and AI-generated improvements to briefs.

• Work alongside Paid Media on predictive scoring for bulk ad deployments and collaborate with Creative teams on data-driven, Gen-AI-assisted script generation.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

• 9–12 years of professional experience in data science, statistical modeling, or predictive analytics within high-volume tech or digital media sectors.

• Extensive hands-on experience in building and validating production ML models within Databricks environments.

• Advanced skills in Python, SQL, and experimentation/statistical methods.

• Proficient use of modern AI coding assistants and large language models (LLMs).

• Strong grasp of data privacy frameworks and cross-border data security protocols, especially when handling data from complex regulatory environments.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English.
