📋 Description

• Oversee a team of data scientists and analysts in the conception, development, and implementation of advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions.

• Create and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms.

• Ensure the accuracy, scalability, and seamless integration of models with enterprise systems.

• Collaborate with data engineering teams to design efficient data pipeline architectures.

• Propel the organization's data strategy and collaborate with business leaders to provide actionable insights.

• Establish and uphold data science standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks.

• Assess and adopt AI, machine learning, and big data tools and technologies.

• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budget oversight.

• Track and report key performance indicators for data analytics initiatives.

• Supervise two direct reports at the Data Scientist level.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, or a closely related field, or a foreign equivalent.

• 3 years of post-baccalaureate experience in the offered position or any leadership role in data science or analytics.

• 3 years of experience in applying descriptive statistics and identifying data trends using machine learning algorithms.

• 3 years of experience in building and optimizing model performance using R programming and Python.

• 3 years of experience in designing and implementing deployment environments, scaling models, and troubleshooting issues with AWS, Azure, and Docker cloud technologies.

• 3 years of experience in evaluating data structures and performing data transformations using R, Python, and MySQL.

• 3 years of experience in preparing analytics reports utilizing ggplot and RShiny visualization packages.

• 3 years of experience in managing and mentoring a team of data scientists and analysts, establishing performance metrics and team objectives.
