This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Provide assistance to the United States Postal Service (USPS)
β’ Contribute to the successful completion of designated programs and projects
β’ Create data-driven solutions to intricate business challenges
β’ Employ advanced tools and computational skills to analyze, connect, predict, and uncover insights from data
β’ Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and collection methods
β’ Implement predictive modeling to enhance customer experience, efficiency, processes, and overall business outcomes
β’ Collaborate with organizational stakeholders to identify opportunities for utilizing company data to develop business solutions
β’ Create processes and machine learning-based tools to monitor and evaluate model performance and data accuracy
β’ Execute additional responsibilities as assigned
β’ Mentor and review the work of less experienced professionals
β’ Act as a team or task lead when necessary
β’ Over 5 years of relevant experience in reviewing and interpreting application data
β’ At least 2 years of experience working with AI technologies
β’ Proven experience in developing processes and machine learning-based tools for monitoring and analyzing model performance and data accuracy
β’ Experience in crafting data-driven solutions to complex business issues
β’ Capability to utilize predictive modeling to enhance and optimize customer experience, efficiencies, process improvements, and other business outcomes
β’ Proficiency in using advanced tools and computational skills to interpret, connect, predict, and derive insights from data
β’ Experience in evaluating programs, disseminating findings, consulting and collaborating with others, while adhering to ethical standards
β’ Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field is preferred but not mandatory
β’ If you do not possess a relevant college degree, an additional 4 years of pertinent work experience is required
β’ Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
β’ Successful completion of a thorough Government background screening process, which includes detailed forms and fingerprinting
β’ U.S. residency requirement: selected candidates must have lived in the U.S. or U.S. Territories for the last five years as per USPS criteria
β’ U.S. Citizenship is not mandatory
β’ Travel requirement of less than 10%
