This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead product strategy and execution for the data platform, third-party integrations, and enablement of end-user data.
• Formulate and sustain the long-term roadmap for the data stack, metrics layers, proprietary data models, and AI capabilities for data users.
• Take ownership of third-party integrations related to referrals, billing, marketing, and clinical systems.
• Ensure data quality and reliability through processes of validation, monitoring, and alerting.
• Recognize valuable applications of AI and automation for end-users of data.
• Empower Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to utilize analytics, attribution, and segmentation without relying on engineering.
• Balance operational priorities with investments in platform development and scalability objectives.
• Lead collaboration efforts with Engineering, Design, Data, Clinical, and Operations teams.
• Anticipate dependencies, foster alignment, and prioritize opportunities that may be ambiguous.
• Establish success metrics and measurable objectives; leverage data to assess product impact and guide strategy.
• Deconstruct complex operational and system challenges into actionable product opportunities.
• Minimum of 4 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on data platforms, products, or infrastructure.
• Proficient understanding of the modern data stack: ELT, cloud warehousing, transformation, orchestration, BI and semantic layers, and reverse ETL.
• Comfortable with reading and writing SQL.
• Ability to independently analyze grain, joins, duplication, and completeness.
• Proven experience in leading complex product initiatives across various teams and systems.
• Experience managing metric definitions and governance, including resolving conflicting definitions among teams.
• Demonstrated success in building self-service data capabilities for non-technical teams while reducing the volume of ad hoc requests.
• Capability to develop product strategy, prioritize effectively, and execute on long-term roadmaps.
• Strong interest in AI-driven products along with the ability to identify practical AI applications.
• Familiarity with automation, large language models (LLMs), and decision-support systems.
• Experience with interconnected systems, technical dependencies, integrations, and operational trade-offs.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to navigate uncertain situations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
