This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the strategy and implementation of the data product roadmap.
• Oversee the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of data products for the data engineering and analytics teams.
• Advocate for the "data as a product" philosophy throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to pinpoint data requirements and opportunities impacting KPIs.
• Convert business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Establish and nurture relationships with data engineering, analytics engineering, and platform teams.
• Define and initiate AI and modern data tooling capabilities to address internal business challenges.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and manage the backlog for data-centric scrum teams.
• Monitor velocity and delivery while keeping stakeholders updated.
• Deliver updates on the roadmap, business cases, and project statuses to leadership and business partners.
• A minimum of 5 years in product management.
• Preferably, experience with data platforms, analytics, or data engineering.
• Proven experience in collaborating with business stakeholders and technical/engineering teams to prioritize and execute a roadmap.
• Familiarity with contemporary cloud data platforms and tools, such as Databricks or Snowflake, is highly desirable.
• Exposure to AI or machine learning-driven product initiatives is an advantage.
• Experience in an agile delivery organization is essential.
• Proficient with product management tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Capable of analyzing business and/or technical issues to steer data and software development.
• Skilled in building strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
• Possess creative, innovative, and exploratory skills and mindset.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
• Preferred experience in the real estate sector.
