Senior Data Engineer, Rebates Data Warehouse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and execution of scalable, secure, and resilient data solutions.

• Ensure adherence to both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Work collaboratively across teams to ensure data solutions align with business strategies and enterprise standards.

• Lead the selection and integration of advanced methodologies, frameworks, and data engineering technologies.

• Execute proof-of-concept projects and assess new products.

• Advise on the adoption of feasible solutions.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to intermediate and junior engineers.

• Establish and monitor performance metrics to ensure operational health, stability, and sustainability.

• Produce documentation, roadmaps, and technical recommendations for review by leadership.

• Carry out other assigned duties as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience.

• High school diploma from an accredited institution or equivalent GED is required.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering or a related domain.

• Must possess eligibility to work in the United States without requiring a work visa or residency sponsorship.

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards, including HIPAA and PCI.

• Proficient presenter, capable of adapting technical and non-technical information for varied audiences.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with sound judgment.

• Demonstrated ability to convert abstract concepts into stable and maintainable solutions.

• Exceptional written communication and documentation skills.
