Senior Data Engineer – Healthcare Domain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Product Owner and team leaders to establish and design efficient data pipelines and schemas.

• Construct and manage infrastructure using Terraform for cloud environments.

• Create and execute large-scale cloud data infrastructure, self-service tools, and microservices.

• Handle extensive datasets to enhance performance and guarantee smooth data integration.

• Design and sustain squad-specific data architectures and pipelines adhering to ETL and Data Lake principles.

• Identify, analyze, and arrange various data sources into clear, comprehensible schemas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with cloud computing services related to data and analytics.

• Familiarity with data modeling, reporting tools, data governance, and data warehousing.

• Proficient in Python and PySpark for distributed data processing.

• Experience with Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks.

• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

• Understanding of infrastructure as code (Terraform).

• Advanced SQL capabilities and knowledge of big data databases such as Snowflake and Redshift.

• Experience with stream processing technologies like Kafka and Spark Structured Streaming.

• At least an Upper-Intermediate level in English.
