Senior Data Engineer – Healthcare Domain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Product Owner and team leaders to establish and design effective pipelines and data schemas.

• Construct and manage infrastructure utilizing Terraform for cloud-based platforms.

• Create and execute large-scale cloud data infrastructure, self-service tools, and microservices.

• Handle substantial datasets to enhance performance and guarantee smooth data integration.

• Develop and sustain squad-specific data architectures and pipelines adhering to ETL and Data Lake principles.

• Identify, analyze, and structure various data sources into clear and understandable schemas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with cloud computing services in the realm of data and analytics.

• Familiarity with data modeling, reporting tools, data governance, and data warehousing.

• Expertise in Python and PySpark for processing distributed data.

• Experience with Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks.

• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes.

• Understanding of infrastructure as code (Terraform).

• Advanced skills in SQL.

• Knowledge of big data databases such as Snowflake and Redshift.

• Experience with stream processing technologies such as Kafka and Spark Structured Streaming.

• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency.
