Senior Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Design and implement the Feature Store along with additional future data services.

• Create EL / ELT / ETL data pipelines.

• Incorporate new tools for data processing and storage solutions.

• Carry out operational tasks for internal data solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Data Engineer, ML Engineer, or Backend Engineer.

• Proven experience in building high-load and scalable data processing and storage systems.

• Strong understanding of event-driven systems and streaming pipelines.

• Proficiency in Python and adherence to its best practices.

• Expertise in SQL and familiarity with SQL best practices.

• Knowledge of system design best practices.

• Experience with Airflow, Debezium, BigQuery / ClickHouse, PostgreSQL / CockroachDB, Docker, GitLab (CI/CD), and GCP.

• Familiarity with REST API, gRPC API, and message brokers and queues.
