Senior Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Development of the Features store and various future data services.

• Creation of EL / ELT / ETL pipelines.

• Integration of new tools for data processing and storage.

• Assist in the establishment of internal solutions like a Feature Store.

• Execute operational tasks for the Data Services Team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Data Engineer, ML Engineer, or Backend Engineer.

• Proven experience in building high-load and scalable data processing and storage systems.

• Strong understanding of event-driven systems and streaming pipelines.

• Proficiency in Python and adherence to best practices for Python development.

• Proficiency in SQL and adherence to best practices for SQL development.

• Knowledge of system design best practices.

• Familiarity with technologies such as Airflow, Debezium, BigQuery / Clickhouse, PostgreSQL / CockroachDB, Docker, GitLab (CI/CD), GCP.

• Experience with REST API, GRPC API, message brokers, and queues.
