This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Collaborate with business teams to identify their needs and convert requirements into scalable data solutions that align with organizational goals.
β’ Lead efforts in gathering requirements and mapping business processes and data flows across various systems.
β’ Define and validate business rules, metrics, KPIs, and corporate performance indicators.
β’ Design and enhance data models for Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and Lakehouse environments.
β’ Establish dimensional modeling strategies, including facts, dimensions, granularity, and relationships.
β’ Develop data architectures utilizing Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake, and Power BI.
β’ Maintain data quality, consistency, and traceability throughout the data pipelines.
β’ Set standards for data ingestion, transformation, quality, and delivery across Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers.
β’ Act as a technical reference for Data Engineering, BI, and Analytics teams.
β’ Assist in solution implementation, ensuring compliance with architectural and business definitions.
β’ Create documentation for data models, business rules, and corporate performance indicators.
β’ Strong experience in data modeling for analytical environments (Data Warehouse, Data Lake, or Lakehouse), including dimensional modeling and the definition of facts, dimensions, metrics, indicators, and granularity.
β’ Proven experience in gathering and translating business requirements into data solutions, contributing to the definition and standardization of corporate metrics and indicators.
β’ Background in data architecture projects, integration across various information sources, and data governance, quality, and traceability.
β’ Capability to work in a consultative role with business stakeholders and technical teams.
β’ Proficient in advanced SQL, Data Warehouse and/or Lakehouse environments, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage, Power BI, Semantic Modeling, and Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, and Gold).
β’ Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
β’ Preferred: Familiarity with Data Vault.
β’ Preferred: Experience in defining a Single Source of Truth (SSOT).
β’ Preferred: Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM).
β’ Preferred: Experience with data cataloging and governance tools.
β’ Preferred: Experience in modernizing Data Warehouses to Lakehouse architectures.
β’ Preferred: Microsoft Azure Data Engineer Associate certification or equivalent.
β’ Remote work β Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
