Senior Data Delivery Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Manage complex requests and escalations, which include issues with unresponsive providers, unreconciled invoices, and stalled requests.

• Take ownership of escalations and offer recommendations when necessary.

• Maintain documentation, digital requests, privacy, and data export queues in accordance with established standards.

• Address aging requests proactively to prevent them from becoming client issues.

• Validate authorizations prior to data transfers and uphold documentation standards.

• Comply with HIPAA and state health record law requirements for auditable work.

• Execute client projects through direct communication with firms via phone and email.

• Manage project inboxes, export and organize data, and review information pertinent to cases.

• Configure and set up new customer accounts with network partners.

• Create configurations that align with clients’ qualifying codes.

• Identify platform issues and report detailed bugs to the Product and Development teams.

• Advocate for enhancements to the platform that are relevant to clients.

• Mentor junior colleagues on effective escalation handling and compliance accuracy within the year.

• Collaborate closely with law firm clients, healthcare providers, and digital network partners.

• Report to the Group Manager on the Fulfillment team and work alongside a small operations group.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to independently resolve escalated issues with external parties, providers, vendors, payers, or partners, particularly those involving financial matters.

• Strong root-cause analysis and judgment skills for determining when to escalate issues.

• Proficient in using Excel for filtering, reconciling, and reviewing data.

• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills for engaging with clients and external partners.

• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments with strict deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

• Background in healthcare, health information management, insurance claims, or the legal sector.

• Familiarity with medical terminology, health record documentation, or data privacy regulations.

• Experience in process improvement or automation projects.

• Knowledge of digital health networks or health information exchanges.

• Candidates must successfully pass a background check.
