This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and sustain a unified Revit/BIM model that encompasses civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, piping, controls, and ICT for both existing and new Modular Data Center product lines.
• Create and manage drawing libraries, standard details, templates, Revit families, title blocks, and naming/layer conventions.
• Oversee the modeling and documentation of ISO shipping containers, e-houses, and skid-mounted equipment alongside PEMB buildings across all MDC disciplines.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination across all MDC disciplines.
• Evaluate design outputs in relation to established standards and the master model.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for conflicts between disciplines.
• Establish modular BIM templates and campus-level design patterns in collaboration with product and engineering leadership.
• Act as the senior technical authority for BIM practices in the development of Galleon, Leviathan, and Orion products.
• A minimum of 7 years of practical BIM/CAD design and drafting experience within commercial, industrial, or modular/offshore projects.
• Extensive hands-on experience in either CSA (civil, structural, architectural) or MEP (mechanical, electrical, piping) with a solid working knowledge of the other, demonstrating the ability to coordinate across both areas.
• High proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Proven capability to build and manage multi-discipline models and perform clash detection/coordination using Navisworks or similar software.
• Experience in developing BIM/drawing standards, libraries, templates, title blocks, and naming/layer conventions.
• Ability to work with a significant degree of autonomy.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10–20% to project sites, fabrication facilities, and vendor/GC locations globally.
