This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Create and develop PowerPoint presentations, pitch books, templates, and associated materials for Investment Banking.

• Convert intricate financial data, business ideas, and strategic messaging into clear and professional presentation materials.

• Design graphics, infographics, templates, charts, diagrams, maps, and other presentation assets.

• Implement Raymond James and client-specific brand standards.

• Generate original concepts and layouts.

• Execute and troubleshoot complex projects related to presentation and graphic design.

• Review work for accuracy, consistency, formatting, brand adherence, and design quality.

• Collaborate with bankers, associates, analysts, and business partners.

• Manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain organized project files, templates, and digital assets.

• Remain updated on presentation design, graphic design, Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint, AI-assisted design tools, and industry best practices.

• Mentor and support associate presentation designers as appropriate.

• Carry out other assigned duties.


⛳️ Requirements

• Professional training and proven expertise in presentation design and graphic design.

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, hierarchy, branding, and information design.

• Extensive knowledge and experience in designing infographics, financial charts, tables, graphs, and data visualizations.

• Experience in developing and maintaining branded PowerPoint templates, presentation systems, and slide libraries.

• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including template architecture, Slide Master development, advanced presentation production, and best practices in presentation design.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including advanced charting, as well as Adobe Acrobat Pro.

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and productivity applications.

• Exceptional organizational abilities with a capacity to manage changing priorities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong client-service orientation and the ability to cultivate effective working relationships across various organizational levels.

• A Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design, Communication Arts, Visual Communication, or a closely related design discipline, or equivalent work experience is required.

• 3 to 6 years of general experience is preferred.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET; additional hours may be necessary.

• Ability to travel less than 25%.
