This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +2 more states.
• Manage the inbound flow and bulk data files.
• Map loan data received from both new and existing mortgage clients and transfer data into servicing systems.
• Extract, import, and export data across various database applications.
• Ensure data integrity by analyzing field-specific formats and layouts.
• Monitor and document data discrepancies, reporting trends to identify data anomalies.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, internal business lines, and servicers regarding the loan boarding process.
• Collaborate with data technician consultants to update mappings, create tables, and audit data fields for formatting and implementation.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute trial balance workbooks and conversion balancing templates.
• Conduct evaluations of business processes using data trends.
• Identify issues, define business process requirements, and develop and implement solutions.
• Oversee projects that involve data aggregations and customized solutions.
• Collaborate with business partners and SMEs to document business processes, train offshore resources, and standardize operating procedures.
• Produce reports for analytical purposes.
• High School Diploma.
• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of directly relevant experience.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in data and business analysis.
• Strong analytical capabilities to determine the root cause of issues and implement creative and effective solutions.
• Proficient data management skills.
• Solid business acumen.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience interacting with clients, vendors, and offshore partners.
• Ability to make independent approval decisions on behalf of the team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Competence in following and developing data metrics and audit procedures.
• Strong analytical and product management skills, including the ability to understand customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated and a proactive self-starter.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, respond swiftly to urgent problems, and focus on both long-term projects and immediate tasks.
