Junior Identity and Access Management Analyst – Exclusively for Persons with Disabilities

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement processes to create, modify, and revoke access to corporate systems in line with requests and internal policies.

• Assist in identity lifecycle management during user onboarding, transfers, and offboarding stages.

• Provision and maintain access, ensuring adherence to security policies and regulatory requirements.

• Facilitate periodic access reviews (recertifications) to guarantee the correct assignment of roles and permissions.

• Log, track, and resolve access management requests utilizing ITSM tools.

• Collaborate with Technology, Information Security, and Compliance teams to uphold appropriate access controls.

• Document processes, controls, and evidence to support internal and external audits while enhancing Identity and Access Management (IAM) governance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exclusively for individuals with disabilities.

• High school diploma required.

• Fundamental understanding of compliance and controls pertaining to SOX, LGPD, and ISO 27001.

• Knowledge of Information Security and Data Privacy concepts and best practices.

• Experience with or familiarity with IAM solutions such as SailPoint, CyberArk, or comparable tools.

• Proficiency with ITSM tools, especially ServiceNow.

• Basic understanding of access governance, segregation of duties, and identity controls.

• Intermediate Spanish proficiency is advantageous.
