Business Analyst – ATP, Order Fulfillment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate ATP and Order Fulfillment processes from a business standpoint

• Collect, organize, and document business requirements

• Develop business scenarios pertaining to Product Allocation, Substitution, and Backorder Processing

• Formulate user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements

• Prepare and carry out business testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities

• Create and maintain test scripts and test scenarios

• Analyze process reports and provide business recommendations

• Recognize process gaps and opportunities for improvement

• Document business rules and decisions regarding processes

• Convert business needs into clear requirements for the implementation team

• Share ATP and Order Fulfillment best practices from Life Sciences sectors

• Serve as a business representative for ATP-related processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Expert, or Functional Consultant

• Demonstrated experience in Pharma, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences sectors

• In-depth knowledge of ATP (Available-to-Promise) and Order Fulfillment processes

• Familiarity with Product Allocation, Backorder Processing, and Substitution processes

• Proven track record in gathering and documenting business requirements

• Experience in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scripts

• Involvement in UAT and business validation activities

• Capability to understand and analyze process reports and business KPIs

• Solid understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes

• Experience working on international projects

• Proficient in English

• Proficiency in German and/or French is a plus
