Business Analyst Intern, Student Position

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Continuous oversight, monitoring, and updating of internal revenue and invoicing trackers (PM Reports / CMTs)

• Fulfill month-end duties and other monthly reporting requirements as necessary

• Investigate solutions and new methodologies for enhancing business operations

• Create process flows, documentation, and training resources

• Collect cross-functional system requirements and data

• Comprehend data design and maintain structural integrity

• Compile and prepare data for analytics from internal systems, databases, Excel spreadsheets, flat files, and external sources when needed

⛳️ Requirements

• Student position

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written, with a minimum level of C1

• Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel

• Some prior administrative experience

• High level of discretion when handling confidential documents

• Capability to manage multiple diverse tasks and prioritize workload with meticulous attention to detail

• Ability to perform under pressure with accuracy and meet tight deadlines

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
