Senior Data Architect – Treasure Data, CDP, Snowflake, Databricks, Kafka

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Create and execute production-level enterprise data architectures.

• Develop and maintain both batch and real-time data architectures.

• Construct hands-on ETL/ELT pipelines utilizing Python and SQL.

• Design architectures for real-time analytics, event-driven systems, and streaming data pipelines.

• Integrate Treasure Data/CDP with enterprise-level data platforms.

• Develop AI-capable data pipelines, semantic search, vector-search, and RAG infrastructure.

• Facilitate modern AI/ML and Generative AI applications through enterprise data platforms.

• Collaborate with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or GCP data engineering services.

• Implement CDC/Debezium and solutions for incremental data processing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Architecture.

• Extensive hands-on experience with ETL/ELT, Python, SQL, and Enterprise Data Warehousing.

• Experience in AI/Generative AI data engineering, including RAG, vector databases, LangChain/LangGraph, AI Agents, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and similar technologies.

• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms that support modern AI/ML and Generative AI applications.

• Proven experience with Treasure Data / Treasure Data CDP in a production environment.

• Background in real-time analytics, event-driven architecture, and streaming data pipelines.

• Preferred hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.

• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or comparable cloud data platforms.

• Strong proficiency with AWS, Azure, or GCP data engineering services.

• Experience with CDC or Debezium and incremental data processing.

• Proven ability to design both batch and real-time enterprise data architectures.

• Experience in building AI-ready data pipelines, semantic search, or RAG infrastructure is advantageous.

• Candidates must have experience in designing and implementing production-grade data architectures, rather than solely maintaining ETL processes.
