This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of commercial data products from inception to completion, which includes developing methodologies, ensuring product quality, designing features, and guiding ongoing product enhancements.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of product functionalities and the investment processes they facilitate.
• Explore intricate data quality challenges across upstream datasets, product methodologies, and downstream customer results.
• Establish scalable monitoring, validation, and quality assurance frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Science, and Central Data teams to discover new methodologies, datasets, forecasting capabilities, AI-enhanced features, and product offerings.
• Evaluate internal and external datasets to assess accuracy, coverage, and value for customers.
• Design experiments, quantify trade-offs, and determine what should be included in production.
• Partner with Product Managers and Client Strategy, working directly with investors to transform customer feedback into product enhancements.
• Utilize AI agents, automation, and evaluation frameworks to enhance quality assurance, documentation, methodology development, and customer-facing analytical experiences.
• Recognize opportunities to develop new analytical capabilities, enhance client workflows, and increase customer engagement with data products.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in financial services, consulting, data science, product analytics, or similar fields where intricate data informs critical decisions.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Experience with Python or PySpark for creating dependable, reusable analytical workflows.
• Capability to design products and consider how information should be organized, presented, and experienced by customers.
• Ability to construct mental models for complex datasets and navigate ambiguity to pinpoint root causes and refine methodologies.
• Proven experience leading intricate cross-functional projects that involve Product, Engineering, or analytical stakeholders.
• Skill in balancing thoroughness with practicality, making trade-offs between speed, quality, and long-term product value.
• Experience managing disorganized, evolving datasets and establishing structure, repeatability, and confidence in complex systems.
• Proficiency in communicating technical concepts, methodologies, assumptions, and trade-offs to both technical and business audiences.
• Regular use of AI tools and a keen interest in transforming the development of analytical products.
